As if you need proof that people can't get enough Iron Man, look no further than the 2009 Scream Awards shown on Spike TV last night. "Iron Man 2" won for the Most Anticipated Science Fiction Film—a full six months before the film's release!Future Marvel films weren't the only movies getting attention. Check out all the props awarded to this past summer's.I can still remember the first Iron Man coming out with the awesome trailer that made everyone suddenly pay attention. B-Grade Marvel character, we all thought. B-Grade.

Not so. The drip-drop of leaks and information coming off that set were the Twilight before Twilight. New Iron Man photo! Tony Stark in a suit! And we loved it.

Now, Jon Favreau is back in the director's chair for Iron Man 2 with Robert Downey Jr returning to play Tony Stark and Jon knows that we're all clamouring for information out here. Sure we've seen some teasers and leaked Comic Con 2009 footage, but where's the constant flow of cool Iron Man stuff that the first movie was so good at leaking?
Black panther news
[Untitled] When the Black Panther leaps onto screens everywhere in the 2009 BET-airing animated series, the super hero protector and King of Wakanda will truly make his presence known, thanks to the vocal talents of Academy Award-nominated actor Djimon Hounsou. Based directly on the BLACK PANTHER story "Who is the Black Panther?" by Reginald Hudlin and John Romita, Jr., the series recounts the origin of the iconic hero, while updating the character and his world for a new generation.

A two-time Oscar nominee for "In America" and "Blood Diamond," Hounsou has also been honored with the NAACP Image Award, National Board of Review Award, Screen Actors Guild Award, Independent Spirit Award and the 2004 ShoWest Supporting Actor of the Year.

"It's a blessing for African Americans and minorities to have a super hero they can identify with," says Hounsou. "While the Black Panther is a powerful force for good, he is also a respected world leader who takes pride in his African heritage. He embodies the past and future of his culture, demonstrating the endless possibilities of an Africa that is truly free."

"BET is thrilled to have Djimon Hounsou join us as the voice of THE BLACK PANTHER," says Denys Cowan, Senior Vice President, Animation for BET Networks. "He is a talented, compelling actor who will be the perfect voice for such an important super hero in the Marvel universe and such a moment in this historic environment."

"Having Djimon Hounsou voice the lead character in this new series speaks to the power of the character and the relationship between BET and Marvel Animation," said Eric Rollman, President of Marvel Animation. "The Black Panther animated series is Marvel's entrée into prime-time animation and Djimon raises the bar for all involved as we bring the best in the animation. [Untitled]
September 15, 2009 - The lineage of the Marvel action RPG is beginning to look a bit like the New Testament. X-Men Legends begat X-Men Legends II: Rise of Apocalypse. X-Men Legends II begat Marvel: Ultimate Alliance. And now, Marvel: Ultimate Alliance begets Marvel: Ultimate Alliance 2. So it is written, so it is done.

Yes, Spider-Man, Captain America, and Iron Man are back to remind you that pounding your controller's face buttons while monitoring health bars and stamina meters is actually quite a bit of fun. Marvel: Ultimate Alliance 2 takes the tried and true formula of taking a team of four heroes into battle and leveling them up via orbs and XP and tosses in some brand new Fusion Powers that allow you to unite two of your characters in one massive attack.
